Industry honors for Country 102.5 duo
WKLB/Country 102.5 Program Director Mike Brophey has once again been named among the ‘Best Program Directors in Radio’ for the sixth consecutive year by trade publication Radio Ink Magazine. Brophey was ranked #2 on Radio Ink's 2012  national list. Brophey has been programming  WKLB since September 1996. In January radio ratings, Boston's only country music station was ranked 4th among all listeners age 6 and older and 5th among the advertiser-coveted adults 25-54 demographic.

Meanwhile, Country 102.5's music director Ginny Rogers was named Music Director of the Year at last week's Country Radio Seminar in Nashville, TN. The annual event attracts national artists and country radio and record executives.

Executive Turntable :  Clear Channel Media and Entertainment New England has named Denise diLuca as Account Manager for Total Traffic Network. diLuca will be responsible for the development and sales of Total Traffic Network throughout the region. She will help Clear Channel Media and Entertainment’s regional clients build integrated campaigns with Total Traffic Network marketing programs. She spent the past 12 years in radio and previously served as National Sales Manager at classical WCRB. Most recently diLuca served as the Senior Integrated Sales and Marketing specialist at Entercom's Boston radio cluster.
